Point-of-Entry Communications (sm) (POE) is our proprietary two part approach that accelerates client market development, builds favorable awareness and / or enhances reputation at the highest levels of efficiency. POE identifies and leverages the inherent influence patterns that exist between and among all the audiences in clients’ business or social arenas.
“Point-of-Entry,” the first part, maps the dynamics of a client’s marketplace and identifies the audience(s) exerting the greatest influence power to shape those dynamics – the POE.
A Managed Communications System (MCS), the second part, is developed to maximize tactical efficiency and effectiveness. Here, the identified influence patterns are translated into a custom portfolio of optimally efficient communications tactics – aligning the right combination of tools with the right audiences, based on their influence power.
